I feel like Im in a rut, I run a lot of excersize (weight lifting, walking, etc. ..) But I have three days off and its hard to go back in my routine. This weekend of hot dogs, burgers and beer are probably the reason why I’m so low, then beat what you eat to get up to? I have the SF Marathon comin up to four weeks, so I need to return to my routine FAST!

Try Goobers and Raisinettes.
Our primary energy supply from our carbohydrate intake come. It would be better for you ect chow down on pasta and bread wheat, ect ect. . . Carbohydrates are our body as the primary source of energy and that’s why athletes, track stars esp, a lot of carbohydrates to eat a few weeks before their big races and shit. But yes] Do that
Athletes in general should take a low GI carbohydrates, 40-50% of daily calories. in the meal before the event you want to eat a matrix of carbohydrates, some low-GI and other high GI. like a good meal before the competition would be something like a game of easy to digest protein such as fish, beans / lentils / brown rice (low GI) and some form of fruit or a variety of fruits ( low to high GI).
